Natasha Gada, Social Impact Manager, Tour de France Grand Départ 2027
Natasha has 6 years of experience working in Social Impact, starting her career at investment bank Credit Suisse before joining leading law firm Norton Rose Fulbright to shape the firms social mobility strategy and manage it's charitable partnership portfolio including a multi-year strategic relationship with Save the Children. Natasha joined British Cycling in 2025 to design and deliver Joy, the Social Impact programme for the Tour de France Grand Départs in 2027. The progamme is under pinned by 3 core missions which will be delivered through 6 programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. Working collaboratively with governments, local councils, delivery partners and communities, Joy will create opportunities for young people to develop their skills, break down barriers for girls to cycle and celebrate the rich culture of British communities through the voices of the people who shape them.
