Colin Rodger has over 30 years’ operational and leadership experience at DF Concerts & Events across the music, events, and hospitality sectors. As Director of Event Compliance and Resilience, he provides senior leadership focused on operational assurance, strategic oversight, and organisational resilience.

Colin leads strategic operations across policing, security, counter-terrorism, and command and control, ensuring complex live events are planned and delivered safely, consistently, and in line with evolving risk and regulatory expectations.

Over the years, Colin has operationally led the delivery of many of Scotland’s most high-profile and complex live events, including T in the Park, TRNSMT, and Summer Sessions, as well as nationally significant events such as The Papal Visit and the Ryder Cup Opening Gala. His experience also spans iconic concerts across stadiums, arenas, theatres, and clubs throughout Scotland.
