These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions on which VisitScotland provides a place/ticket for an event. If you are successful in applying for a place/ticket, the following additional terms also apply for VisitScotland Connect 2027:   

• Please note that by completing this application form, you are applying to participate in the event and are not guaranteed a place at VisitScotland Connect 2027. All supplier applications are subject to approval by VisitScotland. Your place is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from VisitScotland.  

• The standard ticket price is £2,100 + VAT (‘Ticket Price’).    

• Access to the VisitScotland Connect Meeting Diary will only be made available to businesses that have paid in full in line with the Terms and Conditions.   

• If paying by BACS transfer, the invoice will only be issued to the main account holder. We are unable to split invoices between different companies or addresses.   

• Please note that the attendance fee for the event will be forfeit if a cancellation is made after confirmation of attendance is given by VisitScotland.  

• VisitScotland Connect 2027 is a closed event. Only pre-registered attendees will be able to access the venue. Strictly two supplier badges per participating business will be issued.  

• Payment of the event fee is required, as per T&Cs, within the timescale given. In the event of payment delays with no agreed payment schedule in place, your event space may be revoked and resold.  

• It is your business’ responsibility to be aware of, and comply with, all relevant statutory obligations and local licensing requirements relating to your business (including, but not limited to, those relating to equality, health and safety, consumer protection, short term lets, anti-corruption and prevention of modern slavery) and to ensure that your business and your staff comply with these.

In order to apply to participate in VisitScotland Connect 2027, please create a new account and click ‘Next’ to go to the application form. Credentials from other VisitScotland events will not be recognised. 

The application form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will require the following information: 

• Business sector and product offering information    
• Knowledge of target markets, rates for travel trade and plans on language provision 
• Sustainability information about your business 
• Accessibility and inclusion provided at your business 

By applying to attend VisitScotland Connect 2027, you are committing to attending the event and upon confirmation of your place by VisitScotland, an event invoice will be created.
