Hosted by the Northstar Meetings Group (Successful Meetings, Meetings & Conventions, and Incentive Magazine), this unique event caters specifically to North American meeting and incentive travel buyers looking to plan programmes outside the USA. To ensure a focused experience, only international suppliers are permitted to participate. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, forge invaluable business connections, and enjoy unforgettable activities at New York City’s iconic landmarks.

Cost:
$5,050 (£3,825) + VAT. Please note this cost excludes travel and accommodation and is based on two partners sharing an appointment table. Spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.
In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:
- Event registration received within the deadline period.
- Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
- Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: across hotels, DMCs, service providers, venues, DMOs, CVBs, Conference Centres.
- Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
- Previous opportunities to participate.
