Tickets

Tickets are priced at £90 + VAT per person.

FINALISTS OFFER:  One complimentary* ticket with any ticket(s) purchased, or two complimentary* tickets when you book a table of 10,11 or 12.

*A minimum of one full priced ticket must be purchased in order to receive the complimentary ticket.

Note:  100% cancellation fee applicable from 28th August 2025 (Central and East) and 11th September 2025 (West of Scotland)

Filming & Photography Notice

By attending the Event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the Event. VS reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the Event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at an Event, then please notify the photographer during the Event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.

Privacy Notice:

• You are giving your personal data to VisitScotland as the data controller, for the purposes of registering and administering your entry for the Thistle Awards 2025.  
• To register your entry you are being asked to provide your name, email address, job title, contact telephone number, place of work, location of your workplace and any workplace social media accounts you wish to provide.  This form will also record your IP address. If your entry is selected for the interview stage, interviews will be carried out using a Microsoft Teams video call. You will be asked separately to provide your consent for the recording of the video call. 
• If you do not provide the information requested we may not be able to fully administer your entry to the Thistle Awards. If you do not wish to provide consent for the recording of the video interview, we will provide you with an alternative audio-only option by Teams or by telephone. 
• Your personal data will be processed by specialist systems contracted as data processors to VisitScotland as the data controller.  For this event these are:  EventsAir and Microsoft Sharepoint. 
• Your personal data will remain within the EEA. 
• Your personal data will be held on these systems for three years following the conclusion of the Thistle Awards 2025.  It will then be securely deleted. Video recordings will be deleted one week after the conclusion of the judging process. 
• The lawful reason for processing your entry for the Thistle Awards 2025 is that it is part of the Public Task of VisitScotland and the exercise of official authority vested in VisitScotland as the data controller.. 
• The lawful reason for recording judging interviews is based on your consent.  You will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
