We will use the personal data provided by you in this form in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
· You are giving your personal data to VisitScotland as the data controller, for the purpose of registering for and attending the Forth Valley Tourism Conference and no other purpose. If we want to use the information you provide for a different purpose, we will inform you before doing so.
· You are being asked to provide your name, email address, job title/role, organisation name, dietary and accessibility requirements.
· If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to fully administer your event invitation or attendance.
· Your personal data will be processed by specialist systems contracted as data processors to VisitScotland as the data controller. For this event these are: EventsAir and Microsoft.
· if you have an existing relationship with VisitScotland your personal data will be used to update our records which will be anonymised at the end of your relationship with us. If you have no existing relationship with VisitScotland your personal data will be held for three months following the event and then securely deleted. Dietary and access requirement data will be deleted one month after the conclusion of the event.
· The lawful reason for processing your information is that is a task carried out using the official authority vested in VisitScotland.
o The special category data exemption which permits VisitScotland to process appropriate dietary or access information for this event is based on your explicit consent. If you do not provide such consent, we may be unable to fulfil your requirements.
· Your personal data will be processed in the UK.
