The contact information you provide below is required in order to register to attend the event. We will share your name, job title, company/organisation and email with the Event Lead after the event (the Event Leads are in brackets next to each event name.)

The Event Leads will use your name, job title, company/organisation and email address to manage the event attendee list or discussion groups for example and contact you for a post-event survey.

Your name, job title, company/organisation and email address will also be shared with the Scottish Government and venue teams for the purposes of ID checks, safety and security.

  • Register and contact you about the event selected; and
  • Share your name and company/organisation name with (i) the relevant event lead(s) so they can manage the guest list for the event, send a post event survey and organise discussion groups; and (ii) with the Scottish Government and venue teams for the purposes of ID checks, safety and security; and
  • Share the information provided in the monitoring and evaluation section of the form with the Scottish Government on an anonymised basis for monitoring purposes to help evaluate how inclusive the events are; and
  • Send you a post event survey. The results from the survey will be received by the Scottish Government directly who will publish a report containing aggregated information.
