Dates & Location:
27-28 January, Convene Sancroft, London
Who should considering attending?
This platform is particularly recommended for independent venues, exclusive use venues, hotels, and DMOs targeting the UK corporate & incentive market. While diaries are available to make pre-scheduled appointments, the ethos is also to immerse yourself in making new contacts organically throughout the event.
Who will you meet?
More than 500 event professionals are expected at the event over 2 days, with a focus on highly qualified UK event planners, leading agencies and corporate partners.

- Opportunity to attend all plenary content sessions.
- Attendance at day 1 buyer-supplier networking breakfast and access to networking reception on 27 January.

Cost:
£2,882 + VAT. Please note this cost excludes travel and subsistence and is based on 8 partners attending. Should there be fewer registered participants, the cost would be slightly increased.
Please note that spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.
In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:
• Event registration received within the deadline period.
• Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
• Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: such as across hotels, venues, and DMOs.
• Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
• Previous opportunities to participate.
