After a highly successful inaugural event, m&i Fest is back for 2025. The event is a fresh format, combining the proven power of past forums, with the choice and style of an exhibition. Over 4 days, you will have curated meetings alongside plenty of networking activities to optimise your attendance.

Who should considering attending?

This event works well for hotels and resorts, DMCs, convention bureaus and DMOs targeting the corporate and incentive market. 

Who will you meet?

Buyers come from across Europe, the UK and North America. You can expect around 60% of buyers to be event agencies, 30% corporates and 10% independents and venue finders. The UK is the most requested destination by buyers.

•    Lunches, dinners and refreshments.
•    Networking experiences and evening functions.
•    Inclusion in social media, email and website marketing before the event.
•    A 30-minute podium opportunity available for the Scotland pavilion.
•    An exclusive invitation-only lunch for pavilion partners and a selection of buyers.
•    Access to extra sponsorship opportunities.

Cost:

£8,450 + VAT for a single table or £5,250 + VAT for a shared table. Please note this cost excludes travel and subsistence. A minimum of 5 tables is required to have a branded pavilion. We endeavour to accommodate table sharing preferences with confirmed partners attending.

Please note that spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.

In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:

•    Event registration received within the deadline period.
•    Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
•    Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: such as across hotels, venues, and DMOs.
•    Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
•    Previous opportunities to participate.

  • Your personal data will be held on these systems for one year following the conclusion of the event.  It will then be securely deleted.
  • The lawful reason for processing your information to register and attend the event is that you are entering into a contract with VisitScotland to deliver these services for you.
  • The lawful reason for post event email communication is based on your consent. You will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
