Events Industry Engagement Workshop - Inverness

EventScotland, part of VisitScotland which is the national tourism and events organisation for Scotland, is responsible for fostering a collaborative approach across the sector in support of the successful delivery of Scotland's updated National Events Strategy - Scotland The Perfect Stage 2024 - 2035.

The updated strategy has the vision of Scotland as the "perfect stage for events". The mission is to sustain and develop, through a Team Scotland approach, a dynamic, resilient, and responsible events sector that is recognised as a global leader and valued for its contribution to Scotland's wellbeing economy.

To support the above, EventScotland is working with partners, including local authorities, to deliver a series of in-person Regional Event Industry Engagement Workshops across the country from November 2024 to March 2025. These workshops will provide an important platform for local industry representatives to hear updates from key sector partners, share good practice, and feedback on their experience of event development and delivery in the area.
