Incentive Live

Incentive Live - Northstar's global event brings together the most highly-qualified incentive travel buyers with top incentive destinations, hotels/resorts, cruise lines, DMCs, DMOs, merchandise and technology providers, and tourism offices from around the world. 

The format of pre-scheduled appointments as well as numerous networking opportunities allows for natural relationships to be made. Educational sessions are also provided and there are additional networking opportunities at the welcome reception and post-show reception.

VisitScotland stand attendance includes:

•    Pre-scheduled appointments on a shared table with another Scottish partner or VisitScotland.
•    An appointment diary with 20-22 appointment slots for prescheduled meetings. Appointment bookings are on a mutual match basis.
•    Free-flow connections on the floor outside of appointments.
•    Opportunity to attend all plenary content sessions.
•    Attendance at all receptions and networking opportunities.
•    All food and beverage for the duration of the event.

Cost:

$4,750 (£3,750) + VAT. Please note this cost excludes travel and accommodation and is based on two partners sharing an appointment table. Spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.

In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:

•    Event registration received within the deadline period.
•    Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
•    Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: such as across hotels, venues, and DMOs.
•    Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
•    Previous opportunities to participate. 

Successful applicants will be required to pay directly to Northstar for attendance to this event. Should you be offered to partner with us, more details will be provided on how to fulfil this payment.

Registering your interest does not commit you to attend at this stage, please note that if you are subsequently offered a space and cannot confirm your attendance, your space may be forfeited and offered to those on the waiting list.
