C&IT's flagship forum returns for 2025 as they host over 75 UK MICE buyers in the iconic city of Newcastle. Join the VisitScotland Zone for three days of one-to-one meetings, inspirational speaker content and unique networking experiences, whilst connecting directly with leading planners within the market and making your mark with carefully selected buyers.

Who will you meet?

You will meet qualified MICE buyers from corporates, agencies, and associations, predominately from the UK market, all with a genuine interest in your product.

VisitScotland Zone attendance includes:

•    A guaranteed minimum of 10/20 pre-arranged, pre-qualified meetings with buyers (dependent on which tier is purchased)
•    Opportunity to attend all educational content sessions  
•    An individual table (or shared with an industry partner) within the VisitScotland Zone
•    An all-access pass to the schedule during the Forum
•    Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for one attendee
•    Full access to the contact details of attending delegates
•    Your company logo and bio on all marketing campaigns for the Forum and on-site marketing collateral
•    Numerous networking opportunities
•    Pre-show marketing and sales support by VisitScotland and C&IT

Please note: Partners are required to share topline information regarding enquiries received during and post-show.

Cost:

Tier 1 (40% discount): £5,000 + VAT - includes one representative on a table with 20 guaranteed meetings. 
(or £2,500 each if sharing meetings and cost with a partner)

Tier 2 (60% discount): £3,500 + VAT - includes one representative on a table with 10 guaranteed meetings.

Both tier packages offer inclusive accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for one attendee.

Please note this cost excludes travel and accommodation. Spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.

In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:

•    Event registration received within the deadline period.
•    Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
•    Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event
•    Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
•    Previous opportunities to participate. 

Registering your interest does not commit you to attend at this stage, please note that if you are subsequently offered a space and cannot confirm your attendance, your space may be forfeited and offered to those on the waiting list.

Successful applicants will be required to pay directly to C&IT for attendance to this event. Should you be offered to partner with us, more details will be provided on how to fulfil this payment.

Following the event we will use your email address to contact you regarding future events and trade shows
  • To register your interest you are being asked to provide your name, email address and place of work. If you choose to attend an event you will be asked for more detail about your workplace, contact details and workplace social media account names. This form will also record your IP address. Post-event we will use your email address to contact you for event feedback and to tell you about forthcoming opportunities. You will be able to withdraw consent for this purpose at any time, using the link in every email we send.
  • If you do not provide the information requested we may not be able to fully administer your event invitation or attendance.
  • Your personal data will be processed by specialist systems contracted as data processors to VisitScotland as the data controller. For this event these are: EventsAir and Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Your personal data will remain within the EEA.
  • Your personal data will be held on these systems for one year following the conclusion of the event.  It will then be securely deleted.
  • The lawful reason for processing your information to register and attend the event is that you are entering into a contract with VisitScotland to deliver these services for you.
  • The lawful reason for post event email communication is based on your consent. You will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
